I am an AASECT-Certified Sexuality Educator, an AASECT Individual Continuing Education Provider, an ISEE-Certified Holistic Sexuality Educator, and a sex and relationship coach. I (she/her) am a middle-aged, bisexual, disabled, quirky, queer, kinky, cisgender woman living and creating on Choctaw and Chitimacha land, also known as New Orleans, LA, with the spouse of my dreams and our many beloved pets.

I specialize in sex and relationship coaching for people affected by chronic pain and Post-SSRI/SNRI Sexual Dysfunction (PSSD).

I provide virtual coaching/education sessions for individuals or couples. I offer a FREE 15-minute consultation to determine if we are a good fit.

Over twenty years ago, before entering the field of sexuality education, I was one test away from becoming a licensed architect when a car accident changed that path. After becoming disabled, I searched for guidance on how to maintain a sexuality while living with chronic pain, and found very little that addressed both honestly and practically.

So I built the education I couldn’t find.

I became certified through AASECT and ISEE and now serve as an AASECT Continuing Education Provider, teaching other educators, counselors, and therapists. I studied the science of chronic pain: how it affects the brain, nervous system, and body physiologically and psychologically, while continuing to learn from research, lived experience, and community wisdom.

As my chronic pain persisted, I was prescribed multiple SSRIs and SNRIs, medications commonly used for both depression and pain management. I later developed PSSD. That experience further shaped my understanding of how pain, medication, intimacy, and identity intersect.

This is not theoretical work for me. It is lived, studied, and practiced.

I provide comprehensive, holistic sexuality education for individuals and their partners or caregivers, offering personalized guidance and practical strategies that honor the complexity of each person’s experience.

My goal is to listen and help you, given your current circumstances. I cannot magically remove your pain or provide you with a different life, but I can help you find and develop tools to reduce suffering or work on your sexuality. While I may draw from psychological or therapeutic frameworks when helpful, our work focuses on education and developing practical, personalized tools.

After lots of love and labor, I’m thrilled to finally offer my Crocheted Crotch Cushions™ for your sexuality education, advocacy, therapy, or clinical sessions use—or simply as fabulous conversation pieces.  Every cushion is crocheted freeform—no fixed pattern—sizes and colors vary to reflect our uniqueness. Made from 100% cotton yarn and stuffed with soft polyfill, they’re machine washable (delicate cycle recommended).

Your options are a single cushion or the set:

a SINGLE cushion – Vulva anatomy, including the clitoris, clitoral hood, inner and outer labia, urethra, vagina, perineum, and anus OR

a SET including Penis anatomy, including the penis, testicles, perineum, and anus

I wanted to create a huggle cushion to be used to support inclusive sexuality education, help destigmatize our genitals, celebrate all parts, including the often-forgotten perineum and anus, while still being a cute, cuddly cushion that is durable and fun to toss around.
